• Promotional Period

This promotion (“Competition”) runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Zapper reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or terminate this Competition at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

• Eligibility

This Competition is open to all residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates of Zapper (Pty) Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• How to Enter

To qualify for entry, participants must complete at least one valid Zapper transaction at a participating Stellenbosch merchant featured on the campaign map during the Promotional Period.

• Transactions must be made using the Zapper app at a participating Stellenbosch merchant featured as part of this campaign.
• Each qualifying Zapper transaction counts as one entry into the draw.
• Multiple entries are welcome and increase your chance of winning. Every qualifying transaction made during the Promotional Period counts as a separate entry.
• Only successfully completed and settled transactions will be considered valid entries.
• Transactions made outside the Promotional Period, or at merchants not featured as part of this campaign, will not qualify.
  

• Prize Details

One winner will be selected at the end of the Promotional Period. The prize consists of one Old School Rugby Supporter Hamper with an approximate retail value of R2,000.

• The rugby shirt and cap included in the hamper are subject to availability.
• Before dispatching the prize, Zapper will contact the winner to confirm their preferred shirt gender/fit and size. The final contents of the hamper may vary depending on stock availability at the time.
• Zapper will arrange and cover the cost of courier delivery of the prize to the winner at a South African address provided by the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative item.

• Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the Promotional Period ends.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details linked to their Zapper account.

If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or fails to accept the prize, Zapper reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• General Conditions

Zapper reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and participants. Any participant found to be manipulating the entry process or acting fraudulently may be disqualified at Zapper’s sole discretion.

By entering this Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that Zapper’s decision is final and binding.

• Limitation of Liability

Zapper, its affiliates, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any technical failures, system errors, transaction delays, or network interruptions that may affect participation in the promotion.

By entering, participants agree that Zapper will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

• Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and contacting the winner. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Zapper’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

• Publicity Consent

By entering this Competition, participants consent to Zapper using their name and/or image for promotional purposes related to this campaign, without additional compensation, and in accordance with applicable law.
