- Launch the Zapper app on your mobile device
- Go to ‘menu’. Tap on ‘your profile’ at the top.
- Tap on ‘Delete my account’.
- The app will guide you through the process. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your decision.
- Confirm your decision to delete your account.

Note: By deleting your account, you will permanently be deleting your account information, payment methods, payment history & any vouchers, loyalty cards and messages. You are not able to reverse this action and your data cannot be recovered.
